Our democracy is too important to allow Victoria Spartz and the Republican Party to continue selling us to the highest bidder.
Meet Phil Goss
This campaign is about freedom, fairness, and accountability.
I am running for Congress because Indiana’s 5th District deserves leadership that
puts people before corporations and constitutional rights before political power.
For too long, Washington has worked for the wealthy and well connected while working families are left with higher costs, fewer opportunities, and less freedom.
I believe healthcare is a public good that should be outcome base, not transactional, housing is a basic necessity, and education should open doors rather than bury people in debt. I support Medicare for All, affordable housing, fully funded public education, and an economy that rewards work, not just wealth.
I believe in protecting family farms from corporate consolidation, standing up for workers, and ensuring that our tax system is fair—so middle- and working-class families pay less, and the ultra-wealthy finally pay their share.
I believe deeply in civil liberties.
The Constitution is not optional. The rights guaranteed by the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments must be protected for everyone, without exception. No one should lose their freedom, their rights, or their life because government power goes unchecked.
This campaign is about restoring trust in government by proving that it can work for ordinary people again. Together, we can build a future rooted in dignity, opportunity, and justice—and finally deliver the representation this district deserves.
We need your support to flip this seat in November!

Democracy works best when all Americans believe in a better tomorrow
This campaign is about the straight facts — no political fluff or buzzwords. Stoking the flames of culture wars, creating fake scenarios, and propaganda-based campaigns disrespect the intelligence of voters. I will give you the facts and let you make your own decisions, rather than tell you that the sky is falling, and that I am the only one who can save it. Politicians are elected to do a job. We are not celebrities, and we are not superheroes. Any politician who says otherwise has lost the meaning of public service.
The time for responsibility in campaigning is now. The facts are the facts.
